Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce vodka plain or vanilla
  • 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • ½ ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • ½ ounce gingerbread syrup
  • ½ scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Ice for chilling
  • Optional garnish: whipped cream and gingerbread cookie

Method
 

  1. Chill the Glass: Place a martini glass in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice cubes.
  3. Add Liquids: Pour in vodka, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Kahlua, and gingerbread syrup.
  4. Add Ice Cream: Scoop in half a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Let it soften slightly if too firm.
  5. Shake Well: Secure the shaker and shake hard for about 20 seconds until creamy.
  6. Strain & Pour: Remove the martini glass from the freezer. Strain the mixture into the glass, leaving ice behind.
  7. Optional Garnish: Top with whipped cream and add a small gingerbread cookie on the rim or sprinkle crushed cookies.
