Fill your glass with ice. Make sure the glass is almost full so the sangria stays cold from the first sip to the last. Use a wine glass if available, as it's the traditional way Carrabba's serves this drink.
Pour 1 cup of Chardonnay over the ice. This forms the base of the sangria and should cover most of the ice.
Measure 1/2 shot (about 1 tablespoon) and pour it into the glass. This brings in the sweet peach flavor that makes the drink special.
Pour in 1/2 cup of orange juice first, followed by 1/2 cup of mango juice. These juices add fruity sweetness and give the sangria its golden color.
Add 1/2 cup of Sprite or lemon-lime soda to make the drink fizzy and refreshing. Pour slowly to keep the carbonation.
Place an orange wedge on the rim of the glass and drop in a cherry. This adds color, flavor, and a restaurant-style touch.
Use a long spoon to stir just enough to mix the flavors together without losing the soda’s fizz.
Enjoy the sangria right away while it’s cold, fizzy, and refreshing.
